Purchased new from Amazon. It functions normally without any issues. My cat doesn't seem to like the kotatsu type and just sits on top, so I've decided to sell it.
The drawstring for the dedicated cover came off, and it's shown in the first photo, but I sewed it back on after taking the picture.
Another drawstring also came off, but since I lost the original string, I've sewn on a replacement.

The cover and under-cover show signs of use, which is why I've marked it as slightly scratched or dirty. It functions without any problems and has no odor. It has been washed twice, but there may still be some residual pet hair. Please consider this before purchasing.
